Privacy Notice

This notice explains what Spray Foam Removal Exeter does with personal information collected through this website and when we deal with your enquiry or job.

Who We Are

Spray Foam Removal Exeter, 48 Queen Street, Exeter, EX4 3SR, is responsible for your information. Contact us about privacy at quotes@sprayfoamremovalexeter.co.uk.

What We Collect

Through the quote form: your name, postcode, phone number and/or email, the reason for your enquiry and anything you write in the message box. If you email or call, we keep what you send us, such as photos, survey extracts or lender letters.

Why We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps before a contract)
• To carry out and document work you book with us (contract)
• To keep business and accounting records (legal obligation)
• To deal with any questions or complaints later (legitimate interests)

We don’t use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.

Who We Share It With

Only those who help us run the business: our form provider (Formspree), our website host, email and accounting providers, and any operatives working on your job. If you ask us to, we’ll send photos and summaries to your lender, broker, estate agent or solicitor.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed jobs, including photos, are kept for up to six years for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email quotes@sprayfoamremovalexeter.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll ask for your consent first.
