Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which Spray Foam Removal Exeter quotes for and carries out work. Each job is also covered by the written quote you accept.

Website Information

Content on this site is general information about spray foam removal. Guide prices are indicative only. Every loft is different, so a confirmed quote usually needs an inspection or at least clear photos.

Quotes

Our written quotes set out the areas to be cleared, the method, the price, what’s included and any exclusions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If we find something on the day that wasn’t visible when we quoted — for example, foam in an area that couldn’t be seen — we’ll stop and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Booking and Cancelling

Work is booked once you accept the quote in writing. If you’re a consumer and accept the quote away from our premises, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period, you may have to pay for work already done.

Access and Preparation

Please make sure the loft is clear of stored belongings and that we can reach the hatch. Let us know about pets, parking restrictions or anyone at home who may be affected by noise.

Our Responsibilities

We’ll carry out the work with reasonable care and skill, protect your home and take waste away. We’re responsible for damage we cause through our own negligence. We’re not responsible for existing defects in the roof that the foam was hiding, though we’ll record and report anything we see.

Lenders, Buyers and Surveyors

Removing spray foam doesn’t guarantee that a lender, buyer, surveyor or valuer will approve the property. Please check their requirements before booking.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion.

Complaints

If something isn’t right, contact us at quotes@sprayfoamremovalexeter.co.uk or 01392 542960 and we’ll put it right where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
